Asset and License Management

The following service will be available from April.

Do you know that most companies don't keep track of their hardware assets or software licenses, thus in some cases breaking the law.

Computersols can keep track of all your hardware assets and also the software you have purchased.

All your asset and License information will be stored in an online application developed by Computersols. The information our application stores is:

• When the computer was purchased
• When the guarantee runs out
• What operating system and software is running on the computer
• When was the computer cleaned
• A history of work carried out on the PC

You can store your asset and license information on our online application for £20 + VAT per year per computer. If you want to us to log all your assets and licenses for you then we can do it for a fee of of £50 per hour.
