- Contracted Support
You pay a one off fee and we will look after
your computer systems for the whole year More

Like pay as you go, just call us when you
have a problem, and we will come out and fix your
problem. This is charged by the hour More

Contracted
Support (Annual basis)
- Each Server - £600 +VAT per
year
- Each Workstation - £250 +VAT
per year (includes £50 initial Health Check
Fee & Inventory management)
- Each Laptop - £250
+ VAT per year
This support includes:
- Asset inventory management - Web
based system.
- 2 PC Health check a year.
- Regular planned application of
Windows & Anti virus updates.
- Fixing problems with computer as
and when they arise.
- Reinstallation of windows when
required.
- Fixing problems with the network.
- Internet connectivity.
- Callouts within 24 hours
This doesn't include:
- The costs of adding new
computers to networks
- Reviewing and sourcing new IT
hardware e.g. computers, printers etc.
- Setting up back up procedures
- Cost of new hardware

demand Support (callout when required)
Our support is charged at £45
per hour + VAT ( this does not include parts).
All work is carried out under a NO FIX - NO FEE policy
and carries a satisfaction-or-your-money-back-guarantee.
If the problem is not fixed, you don't pay anything.
The price you see is the price you pay. There are no
call-out fees and no other hidden charges.
